In this Brewster home remodel, the homeowner felt the kitchen was too closed off from the living area. To achieve a more open floorplan, we removed walls and relocated the dining room, creating space for a larger kitchen with an island for seating, a walk-in pantry, and a separate dry bar. This transformation enhanced both the flow and usability of the space, resulting in a modern, coastal, and inviting kitchen that perfectly suited the homeowner’s needs.
